Don't have time to volunteer, but still want to help vulnerable Texans? Donate to help us provide services to more people in need.  It is our mission to provide access to justice for seniors veterans and other underserved Texans.

But what is "access to justice" you might ask. Access to justice must be meaningful.  This means not only should everyone know the address to the courthouse, but that when they get there they have a fair opportunity to enforce their legal rights.  Our Texas and United States legislatures spend endless hours worrying about how to make sure we are all treated fairly when they craft our laws.  But those laws are meaningless until the moment they are broken and someone speaks up saying, "that's not right." And when this happens, people go to court for help.  Meaningful access to justice aims to give people without funds to hire a lawyer just as loud a voice as those who do. That's where Texas Legal Services comes in.  All our services are free to underserved Texans.  This takes times, money, and your help. We believe in justice for all.  And we hope you stand with us in that belief. Help us with fairness. Help us with dignity. Help us help Texans.
