Statewide—TLSC's widely-used website, TexasLawHelp.org, is now offering its content in Spanish and Vietnamese at no cost to visitors. Approximately 5 million people per year utilize the website, which is designed to assist Texans who cannot afford traditional legal representation.

Attorneys, social workers, librarians, and advocates frequently reference TexasLawHelp.org as a trusted legal resource.

Topics span the civil law landscape, including family law, housing, protection from abuse, access to government benefits, and more. TexasLawHelp.org recently launched all of its content in Texas’ top-spoken languages—Spanish and Vietnamese—with over one million words translated. Visitors may navigate to the content using the language button on the top right on any device.

“The translation of these legal resources is essential to the equal justice movement in Texas,” said Karen Speed Miller, Executive Director of Texas Legal Services Center.

“Language accessibility is a top priority for our organization, and we are thrilled that thousands more Texans will now have free legal information, self-help guides, a legal aid directory, and much more – all at their fingertips.”

TexasLawHelp.org is now a leader in language accessibility among 'Law Help’ sites by nonprofit legal service providers across the nation. The website is managed by Texas Legal Services Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
