If you are age 60 or older, our attorneys can give you legal advice — all for free and over the phone. We offer counsel and advice on certain civil (non-criminal) legal matters like:
Advance Directives, Power of Attorney, and Adult Guardianship
Home Ownership and Property Issues
Landlord/Renter Issues (for the Renter)
Medicaid and Medicare
Consumer Issues (Ex. Bankruptcy, Collections, Repossession, and Contracts)
Food Stamps (SNAP), SSI, Social Security, and Other Public Benefits
This program provides counsel and advice only — we cannot draft legal documents, engage in negotiations with third parties, or go to court.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be 60 or older or a Medicare Beneficiary.

South Central Pension Rights Project
Our attorneys can help you locate your retirement funds and claim the benefits you've earned, regardless of the type of company you worked for or the type of pension plan involved.
ELIGIBILITY
You must be a worker/retiree (or a family member) that currently lives or works in Arkansas, Louisiana, Missouri, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or Texas.

Transactional Legal Assistance
We can help you create a plan for your estate (home, land, and automobiles) so you can keep your property in the family. Our legal team can also help you appoint a Power of Attorney (designating another person to handle your finances).
ELIGIBILITY
You must be a Texas resident with a household income at or below 125% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines.
